FreeGo Electric bikes has been established for a little over 4 years, the founding Managing Director John Heath and the Sales Director visited China on a mission to establish a working relationship with a reliable factory to import quality electric bikes to the UK.

The first attempt was a disaster, the factory, to say the least ripped off the UK, As always there was a positive out of this, the export Manager of the factory, Katrina, resigned from them as she was discusted at the way the transaction was completed.

From this time Katrina has been the representative of FreeGo in China and over the past four years has worked tirelessly with John to find a proffesional factory and carry out research and development to achieve the quality and specification that FreeGo customers enjoy today.

When FreeGo launched to the UK market in June of 2010 its plain mission statement was to provide end users with a quality electric bike with unpresidented aftersales, to facilitate this they realised that they need a strong dealer network that they can train to make teh aftersales service second to none.

To date FreeGo enjoys an exemplary reputation in the market and is committed to growing its dealer networkfrom its current, circa 70 to well in excess of 100 dealers, they realise that they currently have some large open points and their team of area Business Managers they will be plugging the gaps.

FreeGo have many unique offers to dealers and end users alike, from a ”5 day Guarantee” which commits to the customer that if they return their bike to the supplying dealer within the first 12 months with a problem and the bike, for any reason, cannot be fixed and returned to the customer within 5 working days then FreeGo will exchange their bike for a brand new model with no cost to the dealer or the customer to free membership to all buyers to Total Cycle Assist.
